POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Digital Coordinator to join our creative team and contribute to the ongoing success and distinctive flavor of JACK FM's playful and irreverent brand personality. The Digital Content Coordinator for JACK FM will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing digital content that reflects the brand’s playful, eclectic, and irreverent personality across various online platforms.

The job of the JACK FM Digital Coordinator is to coordinate and execute JACK FM’s digital content strategies. This role includes scheduling and positioning branded content and marketing campaigns on the Jack.FM website, various social media platforms, and blasts to our partners and the Ordinary Listener Club database. Day to day, you will create or assist in content creation, manage the digital content calendar, track results, and support JACK FM’s marketing strategies. Often, you will act as an intermediary between various teams and partners internally and externally. This role requires an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate with the digital team at JACK FM to create marketing content for the JACK FM website, create social marketing posts, create email marketing, create fan engagement campaigns, and manage the JACK FM Helpdesk.
  • Track various performing benchmarks for our content engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Help coordinate the JACK FM fan experience, including design and aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, performance, functionality, and infrastructure for our website, social media, fan club, and e-commerce.
  • Generate content ideas.
  • Assign content topics and may write content.
  • Edit copy to meet established tone and theme requirements. Monitor social media sites to identify emerging trends and collaborate with internal teams to integrate trends into the organization's content.
  • Evaluate and adjust strategies for social media postings to meet changing social media technologies.
  • Responsible for reporting and communicating ROI and relevant tracking for marketing campaigns.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing;
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills;
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience;
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite and Mac Products like Keynote, Mail, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.;
  • Working knowledge of HTML, design, and email database software (Klaviyo), WordPress and Shopify;
  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite and other design and video editing tools;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
